- You will be left without any information in terms of timing - difficult to manage expectations.
- One small but key element of a model was missing in one of the unsealed box received.
- The owner is accommodating and replies promptly.

Dear mister Poncelet, can you contact me on WhatsApp or by e-mail about the missing small key element, this should not be the case as this comes directly from the manufacturer (Warhammer), luckily they have a good customer service so this problem can be solved.

Bij Promokings nog de Votann army set kunnen bestellen. Bestelling verwerkt en verzonden op een feestdag! Levering heeft dan weer iets langer geduurd vanwege Relay Mondial.

I ordered at Promokings because I believed they had most things in stock, sadly this was not the case. I had two orders and what was available was sent with one order, but the order order now has to wait until complete and some items have been unavailable for quite some time now. The owner was helpful, but I still feel frustrated that I now have to wait.

Webshop gaf aan in vooraad, bleek niet zo te zijn. De terugkoppeling bleef uit bij ontbreken van uitleg over de bestelling ca 2 maanden, gevoelsmatig lijkt het erop alsof er geen eigen vooraad is gezien overige recensies. Wat uiteindelijk resulteerde in het opzeggen van de bestelling. Wat overigens netjes geregeld werd. Jammer maar helaas
